Help, new mom & doctoral student
Can anyone with a newborn going through a doctoral program tell me it gets better?
The exhaustion is unreal. On top of it all I had a C-section and preeclampsia I was recovering from. I just got released from the OB today and told I thankfully recovered from my preeclampsia.
Sleep deprivation and having to focus on my course load is ending me. Aside from abusing caffeine which I can't do due to breastfeeding... Any advice?
