How’s my bike fit? - s/p ITBS
Hello fellow cyclists,
I switched from running to cycling after knee strain which was later diagnosed as an IT- band syndrome.
With Physiotherapy and massive volume deloading, my knee pain improved significantly.
Ever since, I had done a biomechanical analysis regarding my running form and now I'm wondering if my bike fit needs adjustment too.
I never had any issues on the bike, however I'd rather act preventively to avoid a relapse.
