Car Debt of 30k , bank not accepting the payment and getting collection company call
I have a car, I missed on payment for 5 months because of my financial condition. Now they are saying to pick my car and sell it at auction . What should I do in this scenario. Wait for them to send me difference amount and then go to LIT , fight in consumer court. I am clueless.
They are not accepting payment now tried several time.
I don’t have any idea what to do.
If anyone can give some suggestions. I open to that any advice as well
