Need suggestion

Currently, I have offers from Hexaware Technologies in Noida and Synechron in Pune, for the role of Salesforce developer. Currently i live in Noida with Family where Synechron is offering significantly higher fixed compensation.

Synechron - 35 LPA fixed and Hexaware - 28 fixed and 31 CTC

Please help me which company I should join because I’m seeing a lot negative reviews for Synechron right now.
