Is getting a 2nd uc claim review so soon normal?

Hi really struggling with this and i have multiple questions. Sorry, its my 1st time on reddit, but I'm quite social media averse so this will be my only post. I'm just really desperate for advice.

I've been on uc for quite a long time now, since before covid and LCWRA since the end of 2023. Never been on any other benefits before it and i dont get any additional 1s. Just uc. I had a claim review February 2025. It was submit photo id, housing docs and 4 bank statements. Did it all, with multiple phone calls as well. I submitted a change of circumstances last December due to a rent increase and provided all the necessary documents. The agent said everything was good and the reassessment was finished with no changes to the claim, i wasn't expecting any change. Out of the blue, I get this notification of this 2nd claim review round the middle of April. I was dealing with a family loss, so asked for an extension because i was away and couldn't get access to the documents they wanted until returning home. (To clarify, i dont use online banking and still get paper statements, my reasons are my own). They're asking for 4 months of bank statements and housing documentation. I have tried asking the person in charge of the review about the whys, but the only thing they did was link a website that doesn't exist - gov.co.uk, saying that will explain everything. Then they linked the actual gov.uk website.

My questions are: is this normal to review the same claimant 2 years in a row? I went through this already, why is it so soon? I just submitted a copy of all housing documentation last December, and it has not changed since, why is this necessary for me to submit it all over again when they already have them? Will i be sanctioned if i black out the transactions for shops and transport costs while leaving income and rent payments clear? It feels like this is a breach of data protection and privacy, but i dont really understand the laws surrounding them, so if someone who knows more then me could explain i'd appreciate it.
