Hello! I been practicing joe's meditation techinique specially the heart and brain coherence meditation and it feel really good.

But how do use the meditation to stop my anxiety? Specifically "Sleep Anxiety" I keep waking my self when trying to fall asleep and my body will jerk to wake me up:/

What is the thought process that i need to do during me mediation to fall asleep peasefully.

I created this anxiety from worry of not having enough sleep to perform at work

Do need to visualize myself falling asleep when meditating? Or do i need to tell myself/lie ill get enough sleep?? What thought technique should i practice to stop my sleep anxiety???

Any help is appreciated
