I lived in this place for almost three years. I've never done anything to the walls except for a couple of nail holes. The management is charging me $750 for painting. Why is that? I did not know I was supposed to pay for painting. I mean, I'd be okay if they deducted for the "damage" but not the painting for the whole place. Any ideas/advice on what I should do?
