Finely chopped 4 boiled bitter gourd( karela, no salt only pepper)
Beets and carrots boiled and finely chopped(no salt, only pepper)
Papaya finely chopped
Chicken bone broth
250g grilled tilapia with boiled mashed potato, boiled corn with pepper, chicken bone broth, beets and carrots, papaya, banana, 1 tbsp chia in ginger lime water, and soaked almonds with half a walnut.
2 free range eggs omelette( ghee roasted) and 2 boiled
1 mango( the parts near the seed has been carefully extracted and for a mango sorbet).
Vegetables:- beets, orange, carrots and potatoes boiled( though potatoes are not vegetables technically)[ Omelette ghee was put on veggies, for carrot to absorb fats]
Papaya with greek yogurt ( yogurt had been hanged for 8 hours for creamy texture and flax seeds crused has been added)
Mineral water with pink salt
And Ginger water
