Title says it all. I rented a Lime scooter through the Uber app, and I used to get the $10 rideshare credit on my Delta Amex Platinum.

I haven’t used Lime in a while (last time was probably September), but I used it again this month via uber app and didn’t receive the rideshare credits on either my Platinum or Reserve cards. I reached out to Amex, and they manually applied a $10 credit today.

Did something change with the rideshare credits that I’m not aware of? Thanks
