Commission‑focused Sales / Business Development Rep (Refuge + Sigora)
About the Role
We’re looking for a self‑driven, commission‑only sales professional to sell two complementary B2B products:
- Refuge – GPS anti‑jamming hardware for drone surveying, construction, autonomous farming, and asset‑tracking platforms.
- Sigora – Vector signal analysis (VSA) SaaS software for RF labs, 5G‑test houses, GNSS teams, and defense‑adjacent engineering groups.
You’ll be responsible for finding, qualifying, and closing deals in both markets under a 100% commission structure (no base salary). This is a remote‑first, independent‑contractor style role with full training and support on both products. For strong performers, there is a clear path to transition to a base‑plus‑commission structure after 6 months based on performance and pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Closings
- Cold call, cold email, and use LinkedIn outreach to reach customers.
- Scope customer needs and position Refuge (GPS anti‑jam hardware) and Sigora (VSA software) as the right fit.
- Run demos and answer basic technical questions (with support from the engineering team when needed).
- Negotiate terms and close deals.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Track leads and opportunities in a simple CRM or spreadsheet (we’ll help you set it up).
- Share regular updates on pipeline, win‑rate, and territory progress.
What We’re Offering
- A progressive commission plan – competitive commission on each deal, with the opportunity to earn higher rates as you build and close pipeline.
- After the rep demonstrates consistent performance and closes a defined number of qualified sales, the compensation model can transition to a base‑plus‑commission structure after 6 months.
- No base salary in the first phase; this is a 100% commission‑only role initially.
- Remote, flexible work – you manage your own schedule and territory.
- Full product onboarding – training on Refuge hardware, Sigora software, and ideal use cases.
- Sales collateral – emails, one‑pagers, demo decks, and short technical notes.
Who You Are
- Experienced or very motivated in B2B sales, SDR, BD, or commission‑only roles.
- Comfortable with cold‑emailing, cold‑calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Tech‑curious or comfortable selling hardware and software to engineers, labs, or field‑operations teams.
- Self‑organized, with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
- Familiar with, or open to learning, GNSS, drones, RF, or test‑lab environments.
