This is my first attempt at the ASTB. I am looking to go to the board here soon. I am 32 y/o with some experience in the Army as an Infantry PL, XO and Company Commander. I have no time to take it again. I am prior enlisted in Army Aviation. I am currently an Army Officer in the Infantry and CCC complete. I have LORs from an Army CW4 Aviator (UH-60s), Army CPT Aviator post KD (Apache), Infantry LTC (Battalion Commander), Infantry MAJ BN XO, and hopefully an Army COL O-6 BDE Commander (waiting on this one). I am doing my physical this week.

Looking for input on how I would be looked at the board and if you could provide feedback on any similar situations.
