Download the AERA app.

When you click on the download button MULTIPLE TIMES.

You might not get any notification(i.e.downloaded)

So,open the files app on your phone and check out the recent documents.

During the on-going process,the app may crash multiple times,just keep trying again and again.

Try to change to mobile device,if possible (worked for me.)
