Hey all,
I'm currently running an interesting cycle and was looking for any optimization or thoughtful discussion around it.
I'm 38, 340lbs and I'm currently training for a 21k Spartan Race in August. I've already dropped 40lbs and will be dropping another 40 before raceday.
I made this stack to help raise T-Levels, Improve Cardiovascular Health, Support Endurance Training and Vastly Improve Recovery Time. I'm a big dude, so this style of training is tough on the joints/ligaments, etc.
Here's the stack:
Hormonal
Enclomiphene
25mg/day D1-14 Loading Phase
12.5mg/day D15-90
Boron 9-12mg/Daily
Helps increase Free Testosterone Levels, synergy with Enclo, which heavily increases Total T, but not Free.
Adipose Reprogramming
5-Amino-1MQ
100mg/Day (Days 30-90) 50mg AM, 50mg Post Workout
ATP / Cell Hydration
Creatine Monohydrate
10g/Day Preworkout
NO Booster / Lactic Buffer
L-Citrulline Malate
10g/Day Preworkout
BP / Nutrient Delivery
Tadalafil
5mg/Daily AM (Days 30-90)
AR Sensitivity / Brain
ALCAR
3,000mg/Daily Split AM-PM
Structural Repair / Remodeling
BPC-157 / TB-500
500mcg Each, AM Injection
Aromatase Inhibition
Zinc Picolinate
50mg/Daily AM
Cofactors
Magnesium 800mg/Daily
Krill Oil 500mh/Daily
Spirulina 5g/Day
I train 6 days a week, sleep 7-8 hours, drink 3-4L of water per day and aim for 270g Protein daily. Carbs are bulked around training, with the remainder of the day being High Protein, Moderate Fat.
Looking forward to hearing what you all think.
