Just wondering if anyone knows what the actually dimensions this would have been like the height and width of it when finished?

Always wanted to make a proper scene/diorama and finally gave it a shot over the rainy weekend using random stuff from my junk drawer, a plastic coaster for the base, cork sheets for the ground, bits of wire, scraps, etc.

I particularly enjoyed making the little device in the middle and the strange organic creep spreading through the terrain.

The story is that a lone marine is sent to recover a damaged device that’s been lost for some time. When he finds it, it’s leaking toxic sludge and being guarded.

Does he use the bolter, which would be quick but loud and risk alerting others… or does he use the flamer, quieter and more controlled, but risk igniting the sludge and detonating the device?

The minis are from the Warhammer 40k Getting Started magazine. I also have the Age of Sigmar one with a Kruleboy and a Stormcast Eternal, and I’m thinking of making another small 10cm x 10cm story scene with them.

Would love ideas for what kind of encounter/story to build next.
