Why can't people read?

I'm starting to get real tired of people not being able to read at work.

I make a work order, with 3rd grade reading level instructions. Diagrams, service manuals, measurements, torque specs. Literally everything you'd need. And no one reads it and asks for everything that's in the Work order.

I get asked to look into parts and equipment on site for other business units and job sites, find them in Literally seconds and forward the information. Nope, they don't see them and refuse to read what I send them and then proceed to ask about them.

Wtf is wrong with people on the west coast? Is reading optional?

More and more, I lose faith in people.

Oh well, things will get better, one way or another, lol.
