Hi everyone, just wondering what is a good union to join if I'm based in NSW. I'm a new grad starting my first role (not new grad) at a private rehab hospital. I'm not sure if what to join and just wondering if I need to join it? I only read a few posts saying I should join. Just wondering if anyone can please enlighten me?
