I’m starting a Master’s in Tax soon and am hoping to recruit for Big 4 tax roles. My background is in wealth management, so I don’t have any prior tax internships.

How does recruiting typically work for master’s students in this situation? Should I be applying for full-time roles, or is it still expected to go through internships first?

Any insight on timelines or how firms view candidates without tax internship experience would be really helpful.

What’s up guys, I created a hinge a couple weeks ago and have gotten no likes. I’m looking for a reality check. Am I just too chopped for dating apps or am I doing something wrong? Would love to have some honest feedback, thanks!
