I need advice and probably to be medicated. I CANNOT sleep with noise. I live in an apartment with the thinnest walls and worse neighbors ever and after tracking my sleep on the Apple Watch I am getting about 9-20 wakeups a night. My deep sleep is typically only about 15-35 minutes which is also extremely low.
I take magnesium gummies before bed, often times taking Benadryl or sleep gummies as well. But I absolutely cannot fall asleep with loud noise. I have a noise machine, wear foam earplugs every night. I have no problems sleeping in quiet environments.
Is this an anxiety disorder? Do I have a sleep disorder? Has anyone experienced the same, alarmingly low deep sleep every night, a dozen wakeups, insane anxiety with noise? I need help.
