Columns about CYP (the 2 in the middle) should NOT be added uo because essentially they are the same data. The records on HOLD indicates how many of the incoming referrals transferred from CYP Gender Services were temporarily put on HOLD because the Hospital where they are to be sent to has not accepted it yet (mostly administrative delay)
