I have been noticing that the price for steak is increasing more and more.

I recall a few month it was about $12/lb on average.
Now I see them around $21/lb obvious some cuts are cheaper and some are more expensive.

Yesterday I saw this good cut to be $36/lb
I know it’s good cut. But prices are going wild!!

This is NOT OKAY and shouldn’t be normal. The orange said he will make prices decrease. Not to get into politics but I blame all this **** who voted for him.

Hi Sales manager.

How is your team performing in this economic environment?

What industry are you in?

Is business going well?

What market segment do you cater? B2B: (SMB, mid market or enterprises) or B2C: end consumer.

Whats your team attainment in terms of hitting target? (Ie: 7/10 members hitting target)

How do you handle people not hitting targets in this new economic situations? Are you adapting to the economy or PIPing for not hitting target?? If so how many months do they need to miss for you to PIP them?
