So I binge when I'm stressed and the past month has been the worst I've experienced, usually I'll eat one huge meal at night and nothing until the next day. Thankfully my semester is winding down and my only focus the next few weeks is self-care, including working on the binging. I had two normal sized meals today, and I feel nauseous and a lot of stomach pains (I won't get graphic, but one of the worst shits I've had in a while). It's stressing me out bc I have a really strong aversion to feeling nauseous, and I feel like it doesn't make sense bc I'm eating less than when I binge but I don't get nauseous binging, just extremely full. Any advice or things to take that help?
