I had everything scheduled for my first payment after deferment to be taken out from from my account on the scheduled due date (4/24). I went to check to make sure everything went through (today 4/26) and it says my payment is PAST DUE. Wtf!!
I then went back into my emails to check and make sure I scheduled the payment (because mom brain), and I did schedule it to be taken out for the due date The email contains a confirmation number and everything. It also turns out that my bank information that was linked to my MOHELA account was somehow DELETED off my account WTFFFFFF. I will be calling as soon as the phone lines open and will post an update.
UPDATE: according to the representative, it shows that my payment is processing, and that my account isn’t good standing. MOHELA is a mess
