Need help with food and weight
Hey guys,
Im started lifting and for the last few month I started eating more to gain weight. I was 135 pounds and now I’m 144 but I’m stuck a this for the last 3 weeks. I mean I eat a lot and I still can’t gain weight. I started using milk and cream in my shake.
Every morning I eat 2 eat with 2 toast and like 4-6 slice of bacon
And one shake in the days with protein, creatine, oatmeal cream and milk
I try to have another high calorie snack like nuts of cereal
I measure all my calories intake I’m about 3k calories per day.
