F 31 diagnosed, Im really struggling with my bum crease and around the delicate area of said bum.
I had just got it back under control, I was diagnosed with HS recently, and it combination with that, my whole down there has been struggling for a few months, after finally getting the diagnosis I started treatment which is now causing some other issues, like the topical lotion 'leaking' into the crease and also causing some contact dermatitis.
I cleared this to the point it wasnt painful anymore. However today im in so much pain, I cant use wipes or my spray bottle, Im in the bath to clean and try and ease it but it all hurts too much to touch.
I've always had a purple line going up the crease, to the little dimple at the top, and it would get sore etc which I now no wasnt normal like docs said and it was scarring from the fragility of the skin, but I can see the micro tears and its trying to keep them dry, but also they need some barrier to heal to. I cant find anything on the sub relating to this sorry, I'm fed up, I have visitors who are out on a walk and im sitting in the shower with the plug in and out ANY help appreciated.
