Volume not very high!

Is it just me or is the volume on this thing not very high for music listening?
Also I find the bass to be a bit lacking. This could be due to the volume issue.
For reference, I'm currently using them on a OnePlus 12. Which has all the codecs and what not. Thanks! 🙏🏼
