Hey all, I'm trying to add some new user flair to a community I moderate, however all that displays is "unexpected error occurred" every time I try to open the user flairs page.
I can open the page and create flairs on the mobile app, but I need to be able to edit the colours for these flairs, and I have the same problem on old Reddit because I can't see an option to edit the colours there either.
I've tried:
- Clearing cache
- Using a different browser (tried safari first and also tried chrome)
- Tried chrome and safari on mobile
- Using a private window
- Signing out and back in
- Old reddit (no option to edit colour)
And nothing has worked so far. Does anyone know a solution to this problem so that I can create coloured flairs on my subreddit?
I moderate 3 subreddits: r/cherryisland r/SLGreddit and r/Hickcy, and the error happens on the former two while the latter community is inactive and allows me to access the page.
EDIT: I came across a workaround that lets me access the "users" section of the user flairs page. I now have access to creating flairs, although I still can not edit existing flairs from desktop so it's still a little tricky. I've created the coloured flairs though, which is all I needed to do.
