I’m hearing a noise while driving and can’t identify where it’s coming from - it sounds like something is flapping around underneath or on the side of my car. The frequency increases with speed and also as I turn the sounds changes/disappears depending on the direction. I’ve looked at my wheels and tires along with what I can with the brakes, etc. but nothing stands out.

Anyone have this similar issue or ideas what it could be?
