There is this large spot of dead pixels that suddenly appeared on my screen, and it keeps growing larger. I have no idea what to do, and is there any way to prevent it from spreading more?

My Floyd rose on my Jem Jr is uneven, and im not sure how to fix it if it isn't supposed to be like that. Please let me know as soon as possible! Thanks.
