Working on 277V lighting. We have dual voltage temp lights wired into our lighting circuit. This morning, with the breaker off, these lights are off. We added an nLight relay, and now the temp light is flickering at a very low brightness while the circuit is off. It functions normally with circuit on.
Hot and neutral each have .38V to ground, almost 0V between the two. I assume this is induced voltage from sharing a pipe w another, energized, phase from the panel.
Why is that light on/flickering while the circuit is off? Any ideas on this? What am I missing?
