Anyone know if there is a way to exit Assistive Access without triple clicking the power button? It seems to be a NO but I figure I'll ask.

Customer confused assistive touch with assistive access and we already tried replacing the power button but it's still not working. Our only option seems to be to send it to the board repair guys. According to apple the only way to exit this mode is to have a working power button. I dont even get an option to trust the computer for itunes back up.
