Doing a Tour in Turkmenistan, on last day can I roam freely before flight?
Agency says on the last day of the tour we will reach Ashgabat airport arnd 2pm, my flight won't be until 10pm. I asked if I can freely go around the city on my own, they didn't answer. If they drop me at the airport could I just go into the city by myself for a few hours?
