been getting great responses on my last post about email still being relevant in 2026. now curious what tools are you actually using, day to day and would you still pick the same one if you were starting fresh today?

Asking as a dev who wants to start a side project but keeps overthinking it. Also how do you even know if your idea is worth building in the first place? Is there a way to validate it before writing a single line of code?
