



















Arid Free-Roam
I’m back with another forge map! With college being done for the Summer, I can finallyyyyy do forge stuff again lol. I managed to complete my Arid Free-Roam map after 1 year and 4 months! This map originally started off as a project where I wanted to replicate the Halo Infinite 2018 desert vignette that we saw way back when, and only that. But, around December of 2025, I decided that I wanted to make an entire map around it.
It has:
-Much space to run around in
-Sand (a ton)
-Four different spawn-points that change with the first four teams (Eagle, Cobra, Hades, and Valkyrie)
-A large sandblasted Banished fortress with assets that are as close to their campaign counterparts as possible—making the experience feel like it came straight from the developers themselves (spent way too many hours doing this with the crates, fortress walls, etc.)
-A great deal of enemies to kill in all forms (shade turrets, auto-turrets, different ranking enemies, etc.)
-Three vehicles to operate that are dropped off by Phantoms
-A tense Banished Ambience in the background
This map could be played for chilling out and exploring, seeing if you can kill all the enemies on Legendary with no deaths as a challenge, or going into machinima-mode to view your Spartan’s armor. Hope you guys can give it a look!
