Words cannot describe this mess

Guy had 3 things going on at once still had finish painting, sand and was installing lvp flooring and wallpapering at same time

Mind you this my daughters house and dnt see my issues maybe some more comments will sink in and her heater vents on wall covers are off and it was winter

I’m flabbergasted at guy is doing daughters basement from bumpy walls and ceiling and installing lvp plank floor over top all the drywall dust ( he never got rid of it just installed floor on top) Am I overreacting or is this a disaster?

Also drywall dust everywhere didn’t cover anything it’s in furnace, on/in washer everywhere
