Henry SPD Hush

Picked this guy up in .357/.38spl and its a hoot to shoot .38spl with a can.

I however ran into an issue. Seems the ejector keeps coming out of alignment or something. I can take the rifle apart, put it back together and its ok for (4) rounds or so and then the action begins to get sticky and of course I can't eject the round.

Before I send this back, is it something dumb I can fix myself?

I have a dilemma

Got bit by the lever bug. Started out with an 1895 SBL, now got a SPD Hush in .357 on the way.

I'm torn on using an LPVO or red dot on the Hush. The SBL has a Leupold Mark 4HD 1-4.5x24.

How do you have your rig setup? Any pictures?
