We’re looking for a tent to suit myself, my partner, plus two children (currently pregnant and also have a two year old). It would mostly be car camping and possibly also for occasional festivals. Festivals would only be once a year, although if we end up with a massive tent, might get something cheaper and lighter to use at festivals.

At the moment I’ve looked at the Vango Sierra 500, Vango Savannah 600xl, and just looking at the Outwell phoenix 5 too. Looking at poled tents.

The living space in the Sierra is a little bit smaller than we’d like ideally and the Savannah looks great but massive. Just wondered if there’s anything in the middle anyone would recommend? Blackout bedrooms preferred.
