







Day 2 of losing weight just by walking. 92.35kg start,(-0.15kg)
Did around 15k steps today. Started adjusting food a bit too, cut it down to 2 meals and trying to eat cleaner overall. Had water with chia seeds in the evening, saw a lot of people recommending it so just testing it out.
Also tried coffee without sugar this morning, honestly pretty rough, not sure I’m ready for that yet.
