Looking for any and all tips for improving my tricks that start with a catchers hang. I am forever getting my hand stuck behind my knee and losing my grip before I manage to wrap anything properly. Please help a girl out!

I'm in the reports tab, I've clocked on the date and changed the range to 7 days, but it's still only showing the info for today
