Do I need to call an emergency vet?

On Tuesday 4/28/26, I took my 11+ month old puppy to the vets because I was concerned about what I found in his poop. Long story short— he was given a one time dose to treat a tape worm and have been on corticosteroids and ear drops, twice daily for a rash and ear infection. Today would be day 5 of prednisone, but his behavior changed. He’s kind of isolating himself, but playing with toys, had several accidents in the house today, but the worst of it, he’s been shaking off and on, but it’s getting worse and more frequently.
