Does anyone have a contact number for support with Oura? When I placed my order with them, my phone somehow autofilled an old inactive email address. I got the sizing kit, but now can’t complete the order. Their on line AI chat is atrocious and can’t help. The help@ouraring address just seems to be spitting out useless automated responses and there’s no way to actually call and get a hold of anyone. All they’re doing is sending reset links to my inactive email. It seems insane that’s there’s no real person I can talk to and if you don’t have access to the email used to generate the order, you’re basically done. Am at the point of disputing the charge and walking away from this.
