Bose Quietcomfort 35’s can’t hold charge long + Solid white light
Hi, I purchased a Quietcomfort 35 about 7 years ago, and about a month ago I noticed that the battery has started to drain significantly faster than it normally does.
At the same time, this odd white solid light popped up, where the Bluetooth light is supposed to appear. It stays on, even while the headphones are powered off.
I’ve tried letting the battery die completely, to the point where turning it on does nothing, and the light is still there.
**Is there something related to the battery that I have to replace?**
I’ve heard that Bose generally tries to get people to buy a new set of headphones, at a slightly discounted cost, but I’d prefer not to if that’s an option.
