Hi! I'm planning to transfer out of my Tropicana lease for 2026-27 and I was wondering if anyone was interested!

It's quiet, clean and you'll be able to choose your own roommates too! It's a little less than a 10 minute bike ride away to campus and it's close to a lot of restaurants, and there's a bus stop right outside the apartment too.

It's $1100 a month and you'll have the option for 10 month leases too if you don't plan on staying the summer.
