Ticket Numbers at top of Incident / Service Request / Change Request screens
I don't like how Halo has a nonsensical string of characters as the ticket ID. Example:
ABCZ:00000342 as a ticket number
I would much rather have:
Incident #342
or
Service Request #342
or
Change Request #342
ETC
Is this achievable with configuration?
