Hey everyone,

I'm an international student studying in Quebec. I want to start a small online business to make some income — things like SaaS/subscription service, e-commerce store (dropshipping or digital products), or a simple website generating revenue.

Questions for those who have experience:

• Is this allowed on a study permit?
• Does managing my own online business count toward the 24 hours/week off-campus work limit during school terms?
• Has anyone successfully done this? How do you track hours and stay compliant?
• Any tips or things I should be careful about regarding PGWP and future PR applications?

I plan to keep it under 24h/week during semesters and work full-time on it only during summer/winter breaks. I want to do everything properly without risking my status.

Any real experiences (good or bad) would be really appreciated!
