I'm moving there soon for work, I'll work mostly with other polish people. I'm planning on staying for at least a year so I wonder what I can expect from people there but also what kind of environment/weather should I prepare for.

For now I've gathered that Swedish people tend to be pretty cold, closed off or even judgmental but I'm sure it's not all the same in the whole country!
