Looking to start a small indoor padel club in London (starting with 2 courts) and trying to understand how people actually find suitable land/warehouses.

I’m mainly looking in Zone 2/3 and exploring warehouses, open lands, car parks...

What I’m struggling with is understanding the actual process. Do people usually go through commercial agents or use specific platforms/websites?

I’d really appreciate any advice
