I thought Arceus is a strongest pokémon in pokémon adventures manga...
>!I’ve been into Legendary Pokémon for like almost 2 years now, and I really like Arceus, but when I got closer to reading this manga something just felt… off. Basically, it shows Arceus getting controlled by Team Rocket (or something similar, I might be mixing details up a bit), and that immediately reminded me of the Arceus and the Jewel of Life movie. I think there was also something about people stealing Arceus’s power, like the Plates, or him being weakened while asleep or something like that. And honestly my reaction was just: yeah… I’m done reading this. Not even in a “this is too dark or disturbing” way or anything like that. I actually like darker Pokémon stories. It’s more like… I just don’t get it. Arceus is supposed to be this god-tier Pokémon, so seeing him get controlled or nerfed like that feels weird and doesn’t really make sense to me. Like maybe if they had just used avatars instead, or if the Plates were still inside Arceus instead of being taken, it would’ve made more sense? I don’t know. Again, just my opinion, I’m not saying the manga is bad or anything. I’m just confused about the direction, because it kind of breaks how I always understood Arceus. Also it makes me wonder what they’re going to do with Arceus lore in future Pokémon games too.!<>!​!<
