Thinking the 26-27 school year will be my last. I love teaching but it’s just not realistic anymore. I can barely get by with the pay (North Carolina, 4th year, no masters, no NBPTS), and I don’t even have a family or anything yet. I just don’t see how I can live life on this salary.

If anyone has any job ideas (Science teacher so ideally something in that area), I’d love to hear what people have done outside of teaching. I know I need to switch, I just don’t know where to go next. Have also debated moving states if anyone has experience with that.
