Sleeve divot seems a bit too much

My hand is resting naturally, but the sleeve is not smooth

The shoulder seems a bit to broad

May i ask about the shoulder of this suit. I know that it is broader than my natural shoulder but should it be considered to much that i need to take the shoulder in a bit. And should i ask my tailor to rotate the sleeves.
