I have had this for quite a few months and a hard lump on the right side of neck. Also, my right armpit has suddenly swelled quite large, dry cough and extreme fatigue. I plan to go to urgent care tomorrow but just wondering what others thought or if they have the same thing. I have a family hx of thyroid cancer and hypothyroidism is strong in my family. my son had hodgkins lymphoma about 8 years ago as well.
